About Jamie
Jamie will show you exactly what causes weight loss (and avoiding regaining it) as well as what causes you to look toned. I have over 10 years’ experience and I will show you how to do it properly to get you the best results possible.
As we’ll explain, getting toned is not about doing more workouts. These are not helpful, because you cannot spot train body fat. You need to focus on getting to your ideal weight, otherwise you may have a lot of tone, but you’re unable to see it.
This is extremely common for a lot of women working out.
